Idrakpur Fort
Idrakpur Fort, Munshiganj
Idrakpur Fort is located in Sadar Upazila of Munshiganj District. This fort was built by Subadar Mir Jumla of Bengal in 1660 to resist the Portuguese and Mughal bandits. The fort has a circular drum about 30 meters in diameter in the center of the east wall, which was used for firing cannons, and a small pond on the north side of the fort.
