To create skilled manpower for the renovation-preservation, improvement and maintenance of cultural and archaeological heritage of Dhaka and Mymensingh divisions and to implement it through them. Besides, working with the aim of presenting the new excavation sites and artifacts found in the archaeological survey, search and excavation, and presenting them in a demonstrable way.Lands of protected archaeological sites brought under Directorate of Archeology through gradual acquisition. Lalbagh Fort, Royal Bari Fort, Teota Zamindar Bari, Panam City and Shasilj will be carried out renovation and conservation activities.
